Natasha's Story

I met with Nataliia recently because I so want to tell you her life story.

Before we begin, she goes by the name Natasha in Gorgeous Hair salon, as they already have a stylist called Natalie.

This is a story about a very determined and resilient woman who worked hard to achieve great success as a professional hairdresser in Ukraine, creating her "personal brand" as renown for her talent. People from all over Ukraine would dream of an appointment with her to receive the highest level of care and service.

Regrettably, due to Russia's military invasion of Ukraine, Nataliia was forced to leave her home, her husband, her son, her treasured business, and all her regular clients, who became her “second" family. 

However, Nataliia did not give up and did not despair; instead, she started all over again and has already achieved great success in a foreign country where the language is not her own.

Within four months of working with the friendly Gorgeous Hair Salon team, she won the trust of local clients and developed a following of regular customers who love her work so much they recommend and bring with them their friends and relatives.

Nataliia explains that, here at Crawley Down, she was greeted very warmly, and everybody tried to help in all matters, despite the language barrier. She speaks of Gorgeous Salon and comments that she was "taken into the family, where everyone is friendly to each other, the atmosphere is very warm and comfortable to work in."

Nataliia tries very hard to put her personal touch in all her work, to make the client happy and satisfied so that customers want to come back, and this is the main goal of her work!

Я зустрілась з Наталі, щоб розповісти вам її історію життя. Це історія про надзвичайно сильну людину, яка досягла великих успіхів у своїй роботі в рідній Україні, яка створила свій “особистий бренд” відомого і талановитого майстра, до якого клієнти з усіх куточків України і світу мріяли потрапити. Через воєнне вторгнення Росії в Україну Наталія змушена була покинути свій дім, чоловіка, сина, улюблену справу і постійних клієнтів, які стали їй як “друга” сім’я. Але Наталія не здалась і не зневірилась у житті, вона знову почала усе спочатку і досягає чудових успіхів у незнайомій країні з незнайомою для неї мовою. Наталія - професіонал своєї справи і уже за 4 місяці роботи у дружньому колективі Gorgeous Beauty Salon, завоювала довіру місцевих жителів, появились уже постійні клієнти, які повертаються і приводять по рекомендаціях своїх друзів і родичів.

Зі слів Наталії, тут, у Crawley Down, її зустріли дуже привітно, і стараються допомогти у всіх питаннях, незважаючи на мовний бар’єр. Про Gorgeous Salon Наталія відгукується, що її як “у сім’ю взяли, де всі дружньо ставляться один до одного, дуже тепла і комфортна для роботи атмосфера”. Наталія старається власти у кожну роботу свій особистий штрих, зробити клієнта щасливим і задоволеним, це її головна ціль у роботі!
