How often should I get my haircut?

It is recommended that you get a cut or trim every 4-8 weeks to maintain the health of your hair and keep it looking its best. If you notice split ends or breakage or your hair looks dull, it may be time for a trim or a cut. Getting a regular trim/cut will also help prevent split ends from traveling up the hair shaft and causing further damage.

different blog post, and you should seek advice from your stylist.

So, which one should you choose?

If you're unsure, it's always a good idea to consult your hairstylist. They will be able to assess

your hair and recommend the best option...
